Hari–Hara–Śakti Synthesis
मन्यन्ते विष्णुमव्यक्तमात्मानं श्रद्धयान्विताः / ये भिन्नदृष्ट्यापीशानं पूजयन्तो न मे प्रियाः
manyante viṣṇumavyaktamātmānaṃ śraddhayānvitāḥ / ye bhinnadṛṣṭyāpīśānaṃ pūjayanto na me priyāḥ
Mereka yang beriman menganggap Viṣṇu sebagai Ātman yang tidak termanifest; namun ketika memuja Īśāna (Śiva) masih berpandangan terbelah—para pemuja demikian tidaklah dikasihi-Ku.

It presents Viṣṇu as the avyakta (unmanifest) Ātman—ultimate reality beyond form—known through śraddhā and right understanding rather than mere external distinction.
The verse emphasizes dṛṣṭi-śुद्धि (purification of vision): worship and contemplation must be integrated with non-dual understanding of Īśvara, avoiding a fragmented mind that clings to separateness while practicing devotion.
It discourages a “divided view” that separates Śiva (Īśāna) and Viṣṇu; true devotion aligns with the Purāṇic synthesis where worship is grounded in unity of the Supreme Lord rather than sectarian difference.
