ध्यात्वार्कंसंस्थमीशानं शिरस्याधाय चाञ्जलिम् / संप्रेक्षमाणो भास्वन्तं तुष्टाव परमेश्वरम्
dhyātvārkaṃsaṃsthamīśānaṃ śirasyādhāya cāñjalim / saṃprekṣamāṇo bhāsvantaṃ tuṣṭāva parameśvaram
Setelah bermeditasi kepada Īśāna, Tuhan yang bersemayam dalam matahari, dan meletakkan kedua telapak tangan yang dirapatkan di atas kepala sebagai tanda hormat, dia memandang Yang bercahaya lalu memuji Parameśvara, Tuhan Yang Maha Tinggi.

Using Īśāna/Parameśvara language while employing a solar locus (often shared across Vaiṣṇava and Śaiva upāsanā) reflects the Kurma Purana’s synthesis: the Supreme is one, approached through different divine names and forms, with Śiva-tattva revered without denying broader Purāṇic unity.
