Transliteration

āpīḍya dhamanīvṛddhiṃ karoti phalakoṣayoḥ / doṣo medaḥsu tatrāste savṛddhiḥ saptadhā gadaḥ

Translation

Dengan menekan saluran, ia menyebabkan pembesaran pembuluh pada kantung skrotum. Doṣa (unsur penyakit) menetap pada tisu lemak di situ; apabila ia meningkat, penyakit menampakkan diri dalam tujuh bentuk.
