Kardama Muni’s Mystic Opulence, Devahūti’s Rejuvenation, and the Turning Toward Fearlessness
Since Kardama Muni could understand that Devahūti wanted many children, at the first chance he begot nine children at one time. He is described here as vibhu, the most powerful master. By his yogic power he could at once produce nine daughters in the womb of Devahūti.
This verse describes Kardama Muni as sarva-saṅkalpa-vit—able to accomplish whatever he willed—indicating advanced yogic mastery where intention and result align under strict self-control.
As a perfected yogī and devoted servant of the Lord’s plan, Kardama could adopt a suitable form instantly, ensuring Devahuti’s fulfillment and the destined birth of exalted offspring within dharmic household life.
The verse highlights inner discipline: when mind and senses are governed by higher purpose, one’s intentions become clearer and actions more effective—encouraging purity, responsibility, and conscious family life.
