Soma Pacifies the Pracetās; Dakṣa’s Haṁsa-guhya Prayers; Hari Grants Creative Power
श्रीभगवानुवाच प्राचेतस महाभाग संसिद्धस्तपसा भवान् । यच्छ्रद्धया मत्परया मयि भावं परं गत: ॥ ४३ ॥
śrī-bhagavān uvāca prācetasa mahā-bhāga saṁsiddhas tapasā bhavān yac chraddhayā mat-parayā mayi bhāvaṁ paraṁ gataḥ
Bhagavān berfirman: Wahai Prācetasa yang amat bertuah, engkau telah mencapai kesempurnaan melalui tapa. Dengan śraddhā yang luhur dan bhakti yang sepenuhnya tertuju kepada-Ku, engkau telah meraih bhāva tertinggi kepada-Ku; maka hidupmu telah berjaya dan engkau memperoleh siddhi yang sempurna.
As the Lord Himself confirms in Bhagavad-gītā (8.15) , one reaches the highest perfection when he attains the fortune of realizing the Supreme Personality of Godhead:

This verse states that true perfection comes when austerity is joined with exclusive faith in the Lord—mat-parā śraddhā—leading to the supreme bhāva, deep loving absorption in Him.
Because Daksha, as a descendant of the Pracetas, had performed austerities with single-minded devotion, and the Lord acknowledged his success and elevated inner state (param bhāva) attained through that devotion.
By keeping the Lord as the primary goal—regular sādhana (chanting, prayer, study), offering one’s work and choices to Him, and cultivating steady faith that devotion is the highest purpose beyond temporary results.
