एतेन पूजाविधिना मासान् द्वादश हायनम् । नीत्वाथोपरमेत्साध्वी कार्तिके चरमेऽहनि ॥ २१ ॥

Transliteration

etena pūjā-vidhinā māsān dvādaśa hāyanam nītvāthoparamet sādhvī kārtike carame ’hani

Translation

Dengan tata cara pemujaan ini, isteri yang suci hendaklah melaksanakan bhakti secara berterusan selama dua belas bulan, iaitu satu tahun. Setelah genap setahun, pada hari purnama bulan Kārttika, hendaklah ia berpuasa dan menamatkan vratan itu.
