Parīkṣit’s Inquiry into Vṛtrāsura’s Bhakti and the Beginning of Citraketu’s Trial
कृतद्युतिरजानन्ती सपत्नीनामघं महत् । सुप्त एवेति सञ्चिन्त्य निरीक्ष्य व्यचरद्गृहे ॥ ४४ ॥
kṛtadyutir ajānantī sapatnīnām aghaṁ mahat supta eveti sañcintya nirīkṣya vyacarad gṛhe
Tanpa mengetahui dosa besar para madunya, Permaisuri Kṛtadyuti menyangka puteranya hanya tidur nyenyak. Setelah memandangnya, dia berjalan di dalam rumah, tidak menyedari bahawa anak itu telah wafat.
