Vṛtrāsura Instructs Indra on Providence and Devotion; The Slaying of Vṛtrāsura
आविध्य परिघं वृत्र: कार्ष्णायसमरिन्दम: । इन्द्राय प्राहिणोद् घोरं वामहस्तेन मारिष ॥ २४ ॥
āvidhya parighaṁ vṛtraḥ kārṣṇāyasam arindamaḥ indrāya prāhiṇod ghoraṁ vāma-hastena māriṣa
Wahai Maharaja Parīkṣit, Vṛtrāsura, yang mampu menundukkan musuhnya, mengambil gada besinya, memusingkannya, dan melemparkannya ke arah Indra dengan tangan kirinya.
