Nārada’s Protection of Kayādhu and Prahlāda’s Womb-Instructions: Ātma-tattva and the Path of Bhakti
This verse shows that even in extreme danger, providence arranges saintly intervention—Nārada appears at the crucial moment, indicating the Lord’s protective care working through His devotees.
Kayādhu, the wife of Hiraṇyakaśipu, was being taken away and was terrified; her helpless crying is compared to the plaintive cry of a kurarī bird.
When overwhelmed by fear, seek the company and guidance of saintly, spiritually grounded people—this verse emphasizes that timely help often comes through such association.
