Akrūra’s Journey to Vraja and His Devotional Vision of Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma
mamādyāmaṅgalaṁ naṣṭaṁ phalavāṁś caiva me bhavaḥ yan namasye bhagavato yogi-dhyeyānghri-paṅkajam
This verse states that inauspiciousness is destroyed when one offers sincere obeisances and devotion to the Supreme Lord’s lotus feet, the very object of yogic meditation.
As Akrūra approached and received the Lord’s darśana in Vṛndāvana, his heart transformed; he felt his life became successful and his past misfortune ended by taking shelter of Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet.
Regularly practice humble devotion—offer prayers, remember the Lord, and act with surrender—so anxiety and negativity lessen and life gains purpose through spiritual focus.
