मघोनि वर्षत्यसकृद् यमानुजा गम्भीरतोयौघजवोर्मिफेनिला । भयानकावर्तशताकुला नदी मागन ददौ सिन्धुरिव श्रिय: पते: ॥ ५० ॥

Transliteration

maghoni varṣaty asakṛd yamānujā gambhīra-toyaugha-javormi-phenilā bhayānakāvarta-śatākulā nadī mārgaṁ dadau sindhur iva śriyaḥ pateḥ

Translation

Kerana hujan berterusan yang dihantar Indra, Sungai Yamunā dipenuhi air yang dalam, berbuih oleh ombak deras dan sarat dengan pusaran yang menakutkan. Namun, sebagaimana lautan dahulu memberi laluan kepada Śrī Rāmacandra, Yamunā juga memberi laluan kepada Vasudeva dan membiarkannya menyeberang.
