इतिहासपुराणाभ्यां बोधयेदर्थशास्त्रवित् ॥ कZ_०५.६.४७च्द् ॥
Transliteration
itihāsapurāṇābhyāṃ bodhayet arthaśāstravit
Translation
Seorang yang mahir dalam ilmu kenegaraan hendaklah mengajar (raja) melalui sejarah dan teladan daripada Purāṇa.
