सत्त्रिणो द्वन्द्विनस्तीर्थसभापूगजनसमवायेषु विवादं कुर्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०२ ॥

Transliteration

sattriṇo dvandvinastīrthasabhāpūgajanasamavāyeṣu vivādaṃ kuryuḥ

Translation

Pemberi maklumat tetap dan ejen berpasangan hendaklah mencetuskan pertikaian di tempat awam—di pejabat pentadbiran, dewan perhimpunan, persatuan/guild, dan perhimpunan ramai.
