Rājanīti (Statecraft): Ṣaḍvidha-bala, Vyūha-vidhāna, and Strategic Warfare

वज्रसङ्कटमिति ख , छ च अभूमिष्ठं स्वभूमिष्ठं स्वभूमौ चोपजायतः प्रकृतिप्रग्रहाकृष्टं पाशैर् वनचरादिभिः

vajrasaṅkaṭamiti kha , cha ca abhūmiṣṭhaṃ svabhūmiṣṭhaṃ svabhūmau copajāyataḥ prakṛtipragrahākṛṣṭaṃ pāśair vanacarādibhiḥ

“Vajrasaṅkaṭa” (bahaya laksana petir): demikianlah suku kata ‘kha’ dan ‘cha’. (Mantra ini melindungi) orang yang tidak berada di tanahnya sendiri, orang yang berada di tanahnya sendiri, dan orang yang lahir/ditempatkan di atas bumi miliknya; juga melindungi orang yang diseret oleh daya keadaan dan ditangkap dengan jerat oleh penghuni rimba dan seumpamanya.
