या गतिर्ज्ञानतपसां या गतिर्यज्ञयाजिनाम् । स्वर्गद्वारे मृतानां तु सा गतिर्विहिता शुभा
yā gatirjñānatapasāṃ yā gatiryajñayājinām | svargadvāre mṛtānāṃ tu sā gatirvihitā śubhā
ज्ञान-तपात निष्ठ असणाऱ्यांना व यज्ञ करणाऱ्यांना जी शुभ गति मिळते, तीच स्वर्गद्वारी देहत्याग करणाऱ्यांसही विधिलिखित आहे।
