तत्र स्नानेन किं पुण्यं दानेन च महामते । तत्सर्वं श्रोतुमिच्छामस्त्वत्तः सूत गुणाधिक
tatra snānena kiṃ puṇyaṃ dānena ca mahāmate | tatsarvaṃ śrotumicchāmastvattaḥ sūta guṇādhika
हे महामते, तेथे स्नानाने व दानाने किती पुण्य मिळते? हे गुणाधिक सूत, ते सर्व आम्हांस तुमच्याकडून ऐकावयाचे आहे।
