एष मे भगवञ्जातो देहस्यास्य विपर्ययः । कुष्ठरोगाभिभूतात्मा नाहं जीवितुमुत्सहे
eṣa me bhagavañjāto dehasyāsya viparyayaḥ | kuṣṭharogābhibhūtātmā nāhaṃ jīvitumutsahe
'हे भगवन्! माझ्या देहाची ही काय अवस्था झाली आहे. कुष्ठरोगाने ग्रासल्यामुळे मला आता जगण्याची इच्छा उरलेली नाही.'
