वसन्ते कपिलः सूर्यो ग्रीष्मे काञ्चनसप्रभः । श्वेतवर्णश्च वर्षासु पांडुः शरदि भास्करः
vasante kapilaḥ sūryo grīṣme kāñcanasaprabhaḥ | śvetavarṇaśca varṣāsu pāṃḍuḥ śaradi bhāskaraḥ
वसंतात सूर्य कपिलवर्ण असतो, ग्रीष्मात कांचनसदृश तेजाने दीप्त होतो। वर्षाकाळी तो श्वेतवर्ण दिसतो आणि शरद ऋतूत भास्कर पांडुर-प्रभायुक्त असतो।
