गौतम उवाच । आनीतासि मया देवि तपसाऽराध्य शंकरम् । वदिष्यति स चोपायमित्युक्त्वाऽचिन्तयत्तदा
gautama uvāca | ānītāsi mayā devi tapasā'rādhya śaṃkaram | vadiṣyati sa copāyamityuktvā'cintayattadā
गौतम म्हणाला: हे देवी, तपश्चर्येने शंकराची आराधना करून मी तुला येथे आणले आहे. ‘तोच उपाय सांगेल’ असे म्हणून तो तेव्हा गहन चिंतन करू लागला.
