yugādiṣu ca saṃpūjya hyayane dakṣiṇottare | āṣāḍhajyeṣṭhamāgheṣu pauṣādidvādaśīṣu ca

Translation

युगादि तिथींना, दक्षिणायन-उत्तरायणाच्या संधिकाळी, तसेच आषाढ, ज्येष्ठ व माघ महिन्यांत, आणि पौषापासून सुरू होणाऱ्या द्वादशी व्रततिथींना विधिवत् पूजन केल्यास महान पुण्य मिळते।
