एतस्मात्कारणाद्विप्राः प्रथमं पूज्यते सदा । गंधधूपाक्षतैर्वस्त्रैर्मोदकैस्तं प्रतर्पयेत्
etasmātkāraṇādviprāḥ prathamaṃ pūjyate sadā | gaṃdhadhūpākṣatairvastrairmodakaistaṃ pratarpayet
याच कारणामुळे, हे विप्रांनो, त्याची पूजा नेहमी प्रथम केली जाते. गंध, धूप, अक्षत, वस्त्रे व मोदक अर्पून त्यास तृप्त करावे.
