ऋषय ऊचुः । कथं तु तत्र दैत्येन्द्राऽभवद्वै गोप्रचारकम् । तीर्थं कथय तत्त्वेन यत्र स्नातो जनार्द्दनः
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | kathaṃ tu tatra daityendrā'bhavadvai gopracārakam | tīrthaṃ kathaya tattvena yatra snāto janārddanaḥ
ऋषी म्हणाले—हे दैत्येन्द्र! ते स्थान गोप्रचारक असे कसे प्रसिद्ध झाले? ज्या तीर्थात जनार्दनांनी स्नान केले, त्या तीर्थाचे तत्त्व आम्हाला यथार्थ सांगावे.
