एवं स द्विजमुख्यैश्च संपृष्टो दैत्यसत्तमः । प्रणम्य ब्राह्मणान्सर्वान्भक्त्या संहृष्टमानसः
evaṃ sa dvijamukhyaiśca saṃpṛṣṭo daityasattamaḥ | praṇamya brāhmaṇānsarvānbhaktyā saṃhṛṣṭamānasaḥ
अशा रीतीने श्रेष्ठ द्विजांनी विचारल्यावर, दैत्यांतील श्रेष्ठ तो—हर्षित मनाने—सर्व ब्राह्मणांना भक्तीने नमस्कार करू लागला।
