त्रैलोक्यदहने प्रौढं प्राप्तं हंतुं दिवौकसः । अत ऊर्ध्वं दिशः सर्वा व्याप्तं कृत्स्नं नभस्तलम् । ग्रसितुं सर्वभूतानां कालकूटं समभ्ययात्
trailokyadahane prauḍhaṃ prāptaṃ haṃtuṃ divaukasaḥ | ata ūrdhvaṃ diśaḥ sarvā vyāptaṃ kṛtsnaṃ nabhastalam | grasituṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ kālakūṭaṃ samabhyayāt
त्रैलोक्य दहनास समर्थ असे ते कालकूट विष देवांचे नाश करण्यास पुढे सरसावले। वर उंचावत ते सर्व दिशा व्यापून टाकू लागले, संपूर्ण आकाशमंडळ भरून गेले—जणू सर्व प्राण्यांना गिळण्यासाठीच आले होते।
