कस्मादिहागतः शक्र सुतलं प्रति कथ्यताम् । तस्यैतद्वचनं श्रुत्वा स्मयमान उवाचतम्
kasmādihāgataḥ śakra sutalaṃ prati kathyatām | tasyaitadvacanaṃ śrutvā smayamāna uvācatam
हे शक्रा, तू येथे कशासाठी आला आहेस? सुतलाकडे जाण्याचे कारण सांग. हे वचन ऐकून इंद्राने किंचित् स्मित करून उत्तर दिले.
