ततो रुद्रं बभापे स वरं सम्प्रार्थयाम्यहम् । अहं दासोस्मि ते रुद्र त्वं मे स्वामी न संशयः
tato rudraṃ babhāpe sa varaṃ samprārthayāmyaham | ahaṃ dāsosmi te rudra tvaṃ me svāmī na saṃśayaḥ
मग तो रुद्रांना म्हणाला—“मी एक वर मागतो. हे रुद्र, मी तुमचा दास आहे; तुम्हीच माझे स्वामी, यात संशय नाही.”
