Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) addressing the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Kedāra/Kedāranātha
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devas and sages shower flowers; Śiva proceeds to a grand golden-paved residence, radiant with great majesty; He enters as kings, gods, and dānavas worship with highest reverence.
When Śiva is honoured with supreme devotion, all realms—divine, human, and otherworldly—converge in worship, magnifying the tīrtha’s glory.
Kedāra, celebrated through the imagery of puṣpa-vṛṣṭi and universal veneration of Śambhu.
It describes offerings and honours—flower-scattering and parā-saparyā (highest worship)—though not as a formal injunction.
