sarveṣāmeva bhūtānāṃ devānāṃ ca viśeṣataḥ | rājā hyanaṃgo balavānyasya cājñā balīyasī

सर्व भूतांवर—आणि विशेषतः देवांवर—अनंग (कामदेव) हा बलवान राजा आहे; त्याची आज्ञा तर अधिकच प्रबळ आहे।
