gīrijovāca | re durātmankathaṃ tvajña śaṃkaraścopahāsitaḥ | mayā sahaiva maṃdātmandrakṣyase karmaṇaḥ phalam
Girijā (Pārvatī/Bhavānī)
Tirtha: Kedāra (frame)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Girijā confronts Citraratha with stern authority; Śaṅkara’s dignity is upheld; the scene foreshadows a visible karmic consequence.
Disrespect toward Śiva is a grave offense; karma inevitably ripens, and divine justice manifests without delay.
Kedāra-kṣetra provides the sacred backdrop where Śiva and Devī uphold dharma.
No ritual is prescribed; the verse stresses karma-phala and reverence (śraddhā) toward Śiva.
