अशा रीतीने सर्व असुर व सुर शक्ती, ऋष्टी, शूळ, परिघ व परश्वध घेऊन, जयाची इच्छा व उग्र रोष यांनी युक्त होऊन, दुर्गम हिमालय-प्रदेशात सिंहांसारखे परस्परांवर तुटून पडले. तेव्हा देवांच्या परम अस्त्रांच्या नानाविध संयोगांनी घायाळ होऊन असुर कोसळले.
