छिद्यतां सूत्रधारेण विद्यापरशुनाधुना । भजामि तव शिष्योऽहं वरिवस्यापरश्चिरम्

chidyatāṃ sūtradhāreṇa vidyāparaśunādhunā | bhajāmi tava śiṣyo'haṃ varivasyāparaściram

आता सूत्रधार (मार्गदर्शक) यांच्या साहाय्याने आणि विद्येच्या परशूने हे बंधन छिन्न होवो. मी तुमचा शिष्य म्हणून तुमची शरण घेतो; दीर्घकाळ मी केवळ बाह्य वरिवस्या (पूजा-सेवा) करत राहिलो, उच्च साधना नाही.
