आत्मशक्तिं तत्र मुक्त्वा प्रोवाचेदं वचः शुभा । यस्मादतीव कालासि नाम्ना त्वं कालिका भव
ātmaśaktiṃ tatra muktvā provācedaṃ vacaḥ śubhā | yasmādatīva kālāsi nāmnā tvaṃ kālikā bhava
तेथे आपली आत्मशक्ती विसर्जून शुभा देवीने हे वचन उच्चारले— “तू अत्यंत कृष्णवर्णा आहेस; म्हणून नावाने तू ‘कालिका’ होशील।”
