इति चिंतयतश्चित्ते हा दुःखोऽयं प्रतिग्रहः । प्रतिग्रहेण विप्राणां ब्राहयं तेजो हि शाम्यति
iti ciṃtayataścitte hā duḥkho'yaṃ pratigrahaḥ | pratigraheṇa viprāṇāṃ brāhayaṃ tejo hi śāmyati
अंतःकरणात विचार करताना—‘हाय, हा प्रतिग्रह किती दुःखद!’ कारण प्रतिग्रहाने विप्रांचे ब्राह्म तेज निश्चयच शमते.
