परीक्षन्ब्राह्मणानत्र प्राप्तो यूयं परीक्षिताः । अहं वः स्थायिष्यामि चानुजानीत तद्द्विजाः
parīkṣanbrāhmaṇānatra prāpto yūyaṃ parīkṣitāḥ | ahaṃ vaḥ sthāyiṣyāmi cānujānīta taddvijāḥ
ब्राह्मणांची परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी तुम्ही येथे आला होतात; आता तुम्हीच परीक्षित झाला आहात। तुमच्या हितासाठी मी येथेच राहीन—म्हणून, हे द्विजहो, मला अनुमती द्या।
