एको लोभो महान्ग्राहो लोभात्पापं प्रवर्तते । लोभात्क्रोधः प्रभवति लोभात्कामः प्रवर्तते
eko lobho mahāngrāho lobhātpāpaṃ pravartate | lobhātkrodhaḥ prabhavati lobhātkāmaḥ pravartate
लोभ हा एकच महान् ग्रास घेणारा शिकारी आहे. लोभातून पाप प्रवृत्त होते; लोभातून क्रोध उत्पन्न होतो; लोभातून कामना वाढत जाते.
