उद्वेजयति भूतानि यथा चौरास्तथैव सः । नरकं याति पापात्मा नित्योद्वेगकरस्त्वसौ

udvejayati bhūtāni yathā caurāstathaiva saḥ | narakaṃ yāti pāpātmā nityodvegakarastvasau

जसे चोर प्राण्यांना भयभीत करतात, तसेच तोही उद्वेग निर्माण करतो. म्हणून तो पापात्मा—नित्य उद्वेग करणारा—नरकास जातो.
