अंधे तमसि किं दृश्यो गंधान्मोहं दृढं लभेत् । शीते मात्रा जले पीते शीतमुष्णं तथोष्णके
aṃdhe tamasi kiṃ dṛśyo gaṃdhānmohaṃ dṛḍhaṃ labhet | śīte mātrā jale pīte śītamuṣṇaṃ tathoṣṇake
घोर अंधारात तो काय पाहू शकेल? गंधांमुळे तो दृढ मोहात पडतो. माता थंड पाणी पिते तेव्हा त्याला थंडी जाणवते; तसेच माता उष्ण पदार्थ घेतल्यास गर्भस्थालाही उष्णता जाणवते.
