सीतापहारमापेदे रामोऽन्यो मुच्यते कथम् । ब्रह्मापि शिरसश्छेदं कामयित्वा सुतामगात्
sītāpahāramāpede rāmo'nyo mucyate katham | brahmāpi śirasaśchedaṃ kāmayitvā sutāmagāt
सीताहरणाशी संबंधित क्लेश रामानेही भोगला; मग दुसरा कसा मुक्त होईल? ब्रह्मादेवही शिरच्छेदाची इच्छा धरून आपल्या कन्येच्या मागे गेला.
