निःसरंति यथा लोहात्तप्तल्लिंगात्स्फुलिंगकाः । तन्मात्रभूतसर्गोयमहंकारात्तु तामसात्
niḥsaraṃti yathā lohāttaptalliṃgātsphuliṃgakāḥ | tanmātrabhūtasargoyamahaṃkārāttu tāmasāt
जसे तापलेल्या लोखंडाच्या गोळ्यातून ठिणग्या उडतात, तसेच तामस अहंकारातून तन्मात्रा व भूततत्त्वांची ही सृष्टि-प्रवृत्ती उत्पन्न होते.
