बहूदकस्य तीरे च प्रेतानुद्दिश्य दीयते । यत्किंचिदक्षयं तेषामुपतिष्ठेन्न चान्यथा
bahūdakasya tīre ca pretānuddiśya dīyate | yatkiṃcidakṣayaṃ teṣāmupatiṣṭhenna cānyathā
बहूदकाच्या तीरावर प्रेतांच्या उद्देशाने जे काही दान दिले जाते, ते त्यांच्यासाठी अक्षय ठरते; ते नक्कीच त्यांच्यापर्यंत पोहोचते, अन्यथा नाही।
