त्यत्क्वा बहूदके प्राणानस्थिक्षेपं महीजले । काराय्य त्वं ततो भावी मैत्रेय इति सन्मुनिः
tyatkvā bahūdake prāṇānasthikṣepaṃ mahījale | kārāyya tvaṃ tato bhāvī maitreya iti sanmuniḥ
“गहि-या पाण्यात प्राण त्यागून, आणि पृथ्वीवरील जलात अस्थींचे विसर्जन करून, मग तू ‘मैत्रेय’ होशील”— असे त्या सत्य मुनिने सांगितले।
