सौक्ष्म्यं संख्याक्रमश्चापि निर्णयः सप्रयोजनः । पंचैतान्यर्थजातानि यत्र तद्वाक्यमुच्यते
saukṣmyaṃ saṃkhyākramaścāpi nirṇayaḥ saprayojanaḥ | paṃcaitānyarthajātāni yatra tadvākyamucyate
जिथे सूक्ष्मता, योग्य संख्या, क्रमबद्धता, स्पष्ट विनिर्णय आणि प्रयोजन—ही पाच अर्थतत्त्वे असतात, तेच सुस्थित वाक्य म्हणतात।
