एवं तस्मादभिज्ञाय सत्यर्थशपथांश्चरेत् । वृथा हि शपथान्कुर्वन्प्रेत्य चेह विनश्यति
evaṃ tasmādabhijñāya satyarthaśapathāṃścaret | vṛthā hi śapathānkurvanpretya ceha vinaśyati
म्हणून हे जाणून शपथ फक्त सत्यासाठीच घ्यावी; जो व्यर्थ शपथा करतो तो इहलोकीही आणि परलोकीही नाश पावतो।
