मन्यंते वै पापकृतो न कश्चितपश्यतीति नः । तांश्च देवाः प्रपश्यंति स्वस्यैवांतरपौरुषाः
manyaṃte vai pāpakṛto na kaścitapaśyatīti naḥ | tāṃśca devāḥ prapaśyaṃti svasyaivāṃtarapauruṣāḥ
पाप करणारे म्हणतात—‘आम्हाला कोणी पाहत नाही’; पण देव त्यांना पाहतात, कारण ते अंतःकरणातील कृत्ये व गुप्त प्रयत्नांचे साक्षी आहेत।
