Transliteration

tulādhāradharaḥ kāryo ripau mitre ca yaḥ samaḥ | śrāvayetprāḍvivāko'pi tulādhāraṃ vicakṣaṇaḥ

Translation

तुळाधारधारक असा नेमावा जो शत्रू व मित्र यांच्याबाबत सम, निष्पक्ष असेल. विचक्षण प्राड्विवाक (न्यायाधीश)ही तुळाधाराला विधी समजावून त्याप्रमाणे चालवील।
