तस्यासी दितरा नाम भार्या साध्वीगुणैर्युता । तस्यामुत्पद्यत सुतस्त्वैतरेय इति स्मृतः
tasyāsī ditarā nāma bhāryā sādhvīguṇairyutā | tasyāmutpadyata sutastvaitareya iti smṛtaḥ
त्याची ‘दितरा’ नावाची पत्नी होती, साध्वीगुणांनी युक्त. तिच्यापासून एक पुत्र जन्मला, जो ‘ऐतरेय’ या नावाने प्रसिद्ध झाला।
