गोष्ठाग्निजलरथ्यासु तरुच्छायानगेषु च । त्यजंति ये पुरीषाद्यमारामायतनेषु च
goṣṭhāgnijalarathyāsu tarucchāyānageṣu ca | tyajaṃti ye purīṣādyamārāmāyataneṣu ca
जे गोठ्यात, अग्नीच्या जवळ, पाण्यात, रस्त्यावर, वृक्षछायेत, पर्वतांवर, तसेच उद्यान व देवालय-परिसरात विष्ठा-मूत्रादी त्याग करतात—ते अपवित्र व पापी म्हणून निंद्य आहेत।
