मातृपितृपरित्यागः कूटसाक्षी सुहृद्वधः । अभक्ष्यभक्षणं वन्यजंतूनां काम्यया वधः
mātṛpitṛparityāgaḥ kūṭasākṣī suhṛdvadhaḥ | abhakṣyabhakṣaṇaṃ vanyajaṃtūnāṃ kāmyayā vadhaḥ
माता-पित्याचा त्याग, खोटी साक्ष देणे, मित्राचा वध, अभक्ष्याचे भक्षण आणि इच्छेने वन्य प्राण्यांचा वध—ही सर्व घोर पापे आहेत.
