ṣaṭtriṃśacca sahasrāṇi smṛtau caṭavirāṭakau | ṣaṭtriṃśacca sahasrāṇi yamakoṭiḥ prakīrtitā
चट व विराटक—हे दोन्ही देश छत्तीस सहस्र ग्रामांचे म्हणून स्मृत आहेत. यमकोटीही छत्तीस सहस्र (ग्रामांची) म्हणून प्रकीर्तित आहे.
