हिमवद्धिमकूटांतः खण्डं किंपुरुषं स्मृतम् । हिमाद्रिजलधेरन्तर्नाभि खण्डमिति स्मृतम्
himavaddhimakūṭāṃtaḥ khaṇḍaṃ kiṃpuruṣaṃ smṛtam | himādrijaladherantarnābhi khaṇḍamiti smṛtam
हिमवत् पासून हेमकूटपर्यंतचा प्रदेश ‘किंपुरुष’ खंड म्हणून स्मरणात आहे. आणि हिमाद्री व समुद्र यांच्या मधला भाग ‘नाभिखंड’ म्हणून ओळखला जातो.
